Returns & Exchanges

Christopher Esber offers returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all tags attached. Please note that sale items and intimate apparel are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original designer packaging and shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized courier location and retain your tracking receipt for confirmation of the return shipment.
